- Production (Days 3–22): CNC aluminium cutting, LED assembly, 72-hour burn-in test. Video updates shared during production.

Do I pay import duty importing from Turkey?
No. Under the Turkey–EU Customs Union (in force since 1996), manufactured goods including all signage products enter EU member states at 0% customs tariff. A CE declaration of conformity and commercial invoice are required for customs clearance, which we provide with every shipment.
Can you match our exact Pantone or RAL colour?
Yes. Aluminium casings are powder-coated in any RAL colour at no extra charge. Acrylic faces are available in any standard acrylic colour. For exact Pantone matching, we recommend specifying the nearest RAL equivalent. LED colour temperature (warm white 3000K, neutral 4000K, cool white 6000K) can also be specified.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept AI, EPS, SVG (vector formats preferred), PDF, and high-resolution PNG/JPG. Vector files allow the most precise fabrication. If you only have a raster logo, we can redraw it in-house — please ask.
